What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a Ghost Kitchen Concept catering to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and ketogenic diets.

Tell us about yourself

I was working for a reputable coffee chain when we saw the demand for customers with dietary restrictions. The fact that customers with dietary restrictions can come to our place and eat our amazing food without hesitation motivates me.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Starting in the middle of Covid 19, we were able to survive the pandemic and open two new locations, one in Ottawa and the other in Vancouver.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

There are multiple challenges to being a business owner, but if each obstacle is taken as an opportunity to grow and learn, then things are much easier.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. There is no right time.
  2. Learn from your mistakes and move on.
  3. Focus on what's on hand rather than see what else can be done. The grass is always greener on the other side.
