What's your business, and who are your customers?
We do pre-employment services like Criminal background checks, Verification services, drug screens, and even social media screening services. Our customers are any business owner looking for help in building an actual relationship with someone passionate about educating their customers on what they should be doing when it comes to pre-employment services!
Tell us about yourself
I was in medical sales for 27 years and now find myself as an entrepreneur who loves creating lifelong relationships through education and teaching background check services. Most people/companies simply did a Google search and found a background service. They are more than likely paying double what we charge for half of the information that should be available to them. I want to learn about their business and customize multiple packages for their company based on their actual needs.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Networking and building lifelong customers by being human in this automated world. I connect with people at a high level and can help them with their business even outside of the background checks.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Getting people to believe that my company is real because it's almost too good to be true, but after 15 minutes with me - people will be amazed at what I can do for them!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

- Believe in yourself, because most people won't!
- Work hard, but network smart!
