What's your business, and who are your customers?
At EyeJust, we're passionate about promoting everyday digital wellness. We provide the most effective research-backed anti-blue light screen protectors and eyewear. Our goal is to help people protect their eyes, sleep better and feel better. We know that when it comes to digital health, prevention is key. That's why all of our products are backed by extensive scientific research, so you can be sure you're getting the best blue light protection possible. We make tech healthier for anyone on a digital device.
Tell us about yourself
Screen time is our lifeline, and healthier screen time is our obsession. I started the company five years ago because my family was addicted to their devices. I was worried about the cumulative effects of blue light on their eyes, sleep, and skin, and there were no science-backed products that addressed these issues. I have always had a passion for design, science, and innovation. As Director of Ideas and Inspiration at Tory Burch and Accessories Design Director at Ralph Lauren, I was focused on creating great products to enhance people's lifestyles. My business background and interest in science led me to create EyeJust Blue Light Blocking Screen Protectors and eyewear.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We at EyeJust live to create a product that brings meaningful changes to people's digital lives. Nothing gets us more excited than getting customer feedback and hearing their stories about how EyeJust has improved their lives. From helping reduce eye strain, allowing for better sleep, and reducing the occurrence of headaches, we have been honored to hear from people who have experienced the many positive effects of using EyeJust products. This motivates and keeps us dedicated to creating the most advanced blue light technology!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
As a business owner, staying current with the most recent technology can be difficult. However, it is immensely rewarding! Keeping up with technological advancements opens many opportunities to maintain and even expand success. Plus, it adds a level of energy and sophistication that can quickly draw in more customers and partners. In short, taking time to keep up with innovation not only honors our commitments to our business but also energizes those around us—making it nothing short of exciting!
