What's your business, and who are your customers?
I do QuickBooks consulting for mid-market businesses. Customers are the aforementioned businesses, accounting firms, and Intuit (the makers of QuickBooks - I create training and certification courses and exams for them).
Tell us about yourself
I got into small business and saw the needs that entrepreneurs had for accounting, administration, and compliance needs. What motivates me is the ability to change their lives for the better.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I've earned several awards and received referrals from people I don't even know!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Certain days are harder than others...sometimes I need to ratchet down my workload.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
