What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a Career Transition Coach, Organizational Culture Consultant, and LinkedIn Marketing Strategist. My customers are mid to executive-level professionals, organizations, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
Tell us about yourself
I started my business to help professionals and organizations navigate toxic work cultures after having been in 2 toxic work cultures myself. I am motivated each and every day to rescue the mental health of my clients to prevent them from being sabotaged by toxic work cultures.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is helping professionals achieve a successful career transition and navigate out of toxic work cultures.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The comradely - I do sometimes miss being on a team, but I am fortunate to speak with my clients and network consistently.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Hire a business coach or 2 - they keep you in line and hold you accountable.
- Hire a bookkeeper or accountant for guidance.
- Network, network, network - this will significantly grow your business without a price.
