What's your business, and who are your customers?
We believe that humans were designed to be active, and movement is at the center of living a fulfilled life. We believe that getting out and enjoying your day is more important than staying in. We believe that having quality products that fit directly and seamlessly into your life is not a want but rather a need. Our brand has one simple belief. Being active is the only way… to be!
Tell us about yourself
From early childhood, I've always been intrigued by science and learning. Being from an immigrant father, he pushed me to become a doctor, and for that encouragement, I was so grateful. During my undergrad years, I began taking advanced science courses and learning about how the body worked. This led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science, and that's where my love for helping others ignited.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment to date is starting this company. In just under ten years, we've been able to touch people all over the world, and I'm humbled to have that opportunity.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest parts of the business is the feeling of loneliness. Growing a business can take a long time, and sometimes loved ones don't quite understand the rationale behind your decisions. My best advice is to join social groups; you would be surprised how willing other entrepreneurs are to lend a helping hand.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start Small.
- Know your "Why" You will need it on those rough days.
- Stay hungry, humble, and happy during the process.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
If you want to help another person grow or have a solution to a problem, then there is nothing quite as satisfying other than starting a business.
