What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a business and sales coaching company. Our mission at EntreResults is to give mission-minded people the platform to serve the world. We help business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals create a business that gives them the life they want. We do that by creating clarity, co-creating actionable objectives, and holding our clients accountable for what they said they would do!

Our clients range from solo-entrepreneur to mom-and-pop small businesses to the larger medium-sized small business owners. We've worked with construction, plumbing, architecture, attorneys, doctors' clinics, real estate brokers, insurance professionals, commercial agents, roofers, general contractors, restaurants, technology, HVAC, designers, etc...from blue-collar to white-collar professionals.

We help our clients get faster results, and we guarantee it! We assist our clients in building the foundation for their business so they can scale quickly. We help our clients get organized in their heads and their workspace so they can think clearly and execute quickly. We help them understand their people and develop processes so the business can do what it is designed to do.

Tell us about yourself

What got me started with business coaching is that I love business, and I love helping people. I believe all coaches are growth-oriented people, and they desire to support and encourage others to be the best they can be. Our tools help our clients get and stay organized so they can stay on track and focused on the goals they have for their business. I'm also motivated by my family and my children. We are creating a business that allows us to live the life we want to live, and I want to maintain that life and provide our children with more opportunities.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I think my biggest accomplishment as a business owner has been building a team of coaches that thrives on collaboration. Another accomplishment has been effectively living out our company's guarantee, which is Faster Results! We can't control our results, but we can control our activity, and it's so much fun to see our clients dominate and grow! It's all very exciting.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I think the hardest aspect of being a business owner is shutting it off! It's so easy to keep working and ignore other areas of our life. But, we've put in some solid boundaries to allow us to grow our business and our personal life.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure you know your WHY! When business and life get hard, your WHY keeps you going.
  2. Make sure your vision is clear on where you want to take your business and what you want to do with it.
  3. Set clear goals to keep you on track!
