What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a private chef, and I service people anywhere from a couple wanting something special for a one-night to or small intimate party of 30.
Tell us about yourself
What got me started in cooking was my grandmother. She used to let me watch her cook Sunday dinner and for family and friends on holidays. The smell I can still remember to this day. My motivation is drawn from my family. My girlfriend and our four kids are the things that push me from dusk to dawn.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Actually producing a quality product that people can enjoy and talk about. Being able to share my talent and skill with so many people.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
In today's day and age, finding help, reliable people.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Never give in.
- Always find motivation.
