Functional Medicine Health Coach helping high achieving women entrepreneurs over 40 manage their stress and avoid burnout.
Tell us about yourself
Going through my burnout in the corporate world, and ended up diagnosed with adrenal dysfunction from a Functional Medicine practitioner. I learned a lot going through the transitional work and decided to embark on my journey of being a Functional Medicine Health Coach helping other women over 40.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Getting an ROI from a magazine ad.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Consistent clients, and social media strategy.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Know your target and niche down, delegate tasks, get a mentor.
What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance?
Meditation, Reading, Journaling, Exercise, and Taking a break. Go walking, have a healthy sleep routine.
Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and why?
Patrick Bet David for his business tenacity, Sara Blakely for her determination, JJ Virgin for her passion. I would recommend for other entrepreneurs to read Grit by Amy Duckworth and listen to podcasts such as Entrepreneurs on Fire with John Lee Dumas.
