What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are in the domain of Talent Enhancement and retention programs for corporates. We provide a Personalised New-Age Leadership program that is Online, One-On-One/group, Objective oriented, and dashboard-enabled. We cater to Founders and Senior Management Executives in Start-ups as well as matured organisations.
Tell us about yourself
I am a certified CEO Coach, Serial Entrepreneur with an earlier decade long of corporate experience. Being in corporate earlier, I found that there is not much hand-holding for the executives to enhance their performance at work, as there were only group trainings along with solutions being offered which may not suit the ecosystem of the participant. Also, nowadays, due to dynamic business, information surge, and technology changing rapidly, the speed of agility for people to perform is rapid. This leads to stress and well-being issues.
Hence we came out with our delivery model focussing on the self-limiting belief to transform people where a person can monitor his/her progress using our dashboard. The motivating factor for us is when we see our clients confronting their belief systems and scaling up beyond their potential.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Identify the problem area for people and facilitate them to grow.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Dealing with uncertainty.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Identify a niche problem area and find the solution. Share the pain points you have undergone as a story around it while pitching to your prospects.
- Have satisfied clients who could be your brand ambassadors.
- As the team grows bigger, ensure there is communication and ensure no one is left out. You take care of your people, and people will take care of your customers.
