My business, Emilie Consulting, is a niche consulting agency specializing in fragrance and beauty product strategy and development. We're helping fragrance and beauty brands in bringing their vision to life.
Tell us about yourself
With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, I've had the chance to work with companies of all sizes, from start-ups to big players. It became clear to me how challenging it can be for smaller businesses to make smart decisions and feel satisfied with the fragrance and beauty products they launch.
They often lack the resources to hire all the experts that large companies have access to, which can be a major obstacle to success. That's why I founded Emilie Consulting, a consulting agency that specializes in fragrance and beauty product strategy and development. My goal is to empower start-ups to create effective, sustainable, and high-quality beauty products that truly represent their values and vision. By providing expert guidance and support, I help entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of the beauty industry and make informed decisions that lead to successful product launches.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment has been successfully transitioning one-time projects into lasting client relationships. I'm incredibly grateful for the trust and support I've received, which has paved the way for ongoing partnerships.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Wearing all the hats. For me, being a salesperson is definitely the toughest part.
