What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business incorporates deeply healing energy work with clinical trauma therapy. I have been doing Reiki since 1987, Clinical therapy since 2000, and EMDR since 2005.
Tell us about yourself
I began my work career doing method acting with BFA training from Rutgers University. I found myself fascinated with how and why we have trauma reactivity and maladaptive habits. I loved understanding feelings in the body/mind and how to shift from a stuck place to an aware, mindful knowing of balance and harmony. I love helping people get clear of ineffective habits/programming, heal the past, and feel more connected with what matters. Spiritual-Life coaching and energy system check-ins help me see my clients grow and thrive.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Happy clients were writing about the work to help others in the larger community.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Finding your audience.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
