What's your business, and who are your customers?

I work in Stress Management and focus on Addiction Recovery and Ancestral Clearing to help people find peace and ease in their lives.

Tell us about yourself

I started my business because I realized that I could teach the tools and methods I used to heal and saw the number of people living with chronic stress rising dramatically. Since I experienced decades of chronic pain and panic attacks and healed, it is an honor to help others do the same.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is when a client tells me, "I feel safe with you, Elizabeth."

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is the number of different roles I have to play in making sure the business is functioning healthily.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Educate yourself - and keep learning.
  2. Get quality, dedicated help.
  3. Trust in your intuition.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

The greatest healer in your life lives within you. Doctors can set a bone and stitch up a wound, but only the body knows how to heal.
