What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a Relationship Expert, Speaker, and Coach. I help people in business and romance create dynamic relationships through communication, shared values, and being themselves. These days it is all about "work/life balance." I personally believe that balance in life is not about working on each area of life individually but rather seeing how everything we do is connected. Relationship principles, though they look different given whether business or romantic, work regardless of whether you are in the boardroom or the bedroom. I've helped individuals create happiness and harmony at home AND make more money. I've helped business leaders and CEOs unify their teams, increase productivity, and create quality time with their families. Having it all is like learning to dance: it's fun and challenging, and when you find your groove, it flows naturally.
Tell us about yourself
I'm the first to admit I'm a huge cheeseball. I love, love. Since I was a kid, I've been driven by the question, what makes people happy? In my studies and in my business, I have found that one thing prevails in feeling happy and fulfilled in life, and that is healthy, supportive relationships. And as luck would have it, I LOVE helping people with relationships! My origin story spans over decades. What I'd love for you to know is that just as relationships evolve, so has my business. Where I stand today in helping people in business and romance is a cumulation of the work, study, and people I have helped over my life.
What motivates me every day to do what I do is connecting with people about what challenges they are going through and the inspiration of what's possible.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Can I pick two? I built a six-figure business in six months. I also created a group program called Love Deeper, which had over 50 participants within the first year!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
For me, the hardest thing has been learning how to be a business owner and not just someone who has a skill that can help people.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Pick something you love, pick the people you want to serve, and do it every day.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
You absolutely can do this. However, don't try to do this alone. Find peers that can support you and find mentors or coaches that can guide you.
