What's your business, and who are your customers?
We provide dental and medical billing and coding services and comprehensive revenue cycle management solutions to healthcare providers and utilize the latest technology to simplify office management. So our clients have fewer delays and denials and enjoy improved revenue.
We provide our services to the following: Ambulance companies, Ambulatory surgical centers, Anesthesiologists, Chemical dependency programs, Chiropractors, Dentists, Diagnostic laboratories, Radiology clinics, Emergency care centers, Family doctors, Internists, Clinics with a multitude of doctors, Home health care, Mental health professionals (psychologists, therapists, MFCCs, LCSWs, etc.), Ophthalmologists, Opticians, Oral surgeons, Orthodontists, Pediatricians, Physical therapists, Surgeons, Women's clinics, X-Ray labs, Nursing homes, Home health care agencies, Outpatient drugs and physical therapy treatment centers.
Tell us about yourself
I have 27 years of business background, and my wife holds an accounting degree. We are professional practice problem solvers. I am focused on helping private practice healthcare providers improve their efficiency in operations and reduce unnecessary expenses. Our entire thing is about improving healthcare in our community, and we can do it in various ways.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest business accomplishment was in 2015 when I grew my company from 720k to 1.35M by hiring skilled people and increasing sales, and providing exceptional service. I believe that there is nothing more important that a business leader does than hire well.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
It is finding the right people.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
