What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business is called Elite CEOs. We specialize in helping coaches, consultants, and service providers scale their businesses online.
Tell us about yourself
I was on the path to going into health care administration in college and constantly asked myself, "Is this really it"? I had an opportunity to do door-to-door sales during summer break back in 2017. This was by far the hardest thing I have ever done, but it taught me so many valuable skills and life lessons. Doing this pushed my brothers and me to go in on the business. We started in the fall of 2017 and, to date, have helped over 15,000 business owners, have a team of over 90 people, and have thousands of active clients worldwide.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being dependable to my family while helping others create a high impact on massive levels, just like we have experienced.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Building a strong team can be difficult. It's taken us time and effort, but most businesses don't create the right values in their company and allow subpar efforts from employees. Raise the standard of the business, don't lower them.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Implement quickly - As you get action steps implementing and learning quickly will serve you better than thinking about making moves. Messy action is always better than inaction.
- Be willing to put in the work - Don't wait for things to happen; get after it and do everything you can to put forth your best effort. If you put in the part-time effort, you are more likely to get part-time results.
- Leave your ego at the door - Being willing to learn and implement new things is crucial. Humans will say something is impossible until they see it, and then suddenly, they realize what they believed was a lie.
