What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a business consultancy that provides strategic advice, leadership team facilitation, and executive coaching to some of the UK's top businesses.

Tell us about yourself

I am a multiple business owner and whilst climbing the ranks I became fascinated with building high-performing teams and what enables some individuals to become exceptional and others to struggle to meet their potential. I have harnessed what I have learned both in my financial services career and, more recently, as a Non-Executive Director on boards to help others unlock their potential.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being recognised as one of the world's top 30 Inspirational Women in Disruptors Magazine 2022 and winning Inspirational Woman of the Decade at the WIB Awards.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Balancing the strategic versus operational demands has to be one of the hardest things. But it is so important. One of the biggest lessons I have learned and advised clients on is how to work smarter and not harder.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Attitude is everything - Don't underestimate the power of your emotional intelligence. Your git is your strongest guide in business.
  2. Stick to your values. Never compromise on integrity.
  3. Aim high.
