What's your business, and who are your customers?
Elevare US -Strategist facilitating business growth. Helping bold organizations make a change. My customers are small and medium-sized businesses looking to grow with intention.
Tell us about yourself
For 40 years, I worked for a larger organization and found my passion always was around coaching leadership, helping develop new leaders, and setting plans for growth that included detail to meet the goals of the organization. I am most joyful when I am making a positive impact on the people of the organization, which always leads to success in growth.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is helping others be successful. It is funny how I so often learn as I am educating my clients and, therefore, a win for all.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
A challenge as a business owner is staying focused on the task at hand. As a business owner, there are so many areas to be watching that I need to be laser-focused without being tunnel vision.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Tips to start, run or grow a business start with understanding what you want the company to be, who you want to serve, and why. It's the What, Who, and Why that lead a business owner.

I am passionate about leading with Joy. I think it is imperative that we all find joy in the work we do and the lives we live.
