What's your business, and who are your customers?
We sell Sports Nutrition Supplements. Our goal is to bring the consumer premium quality, amazing tasting, and high-performing products they love that will help them reach their fitness goals.
Tell us about yourself
I originally got started in the fitness industry as a personal trainer. After I graduated college, I continued to pursue my passion and got into dietary supplements. I really love the process of formulating, designing, and building the products I want to personally use and know others would enjoy.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Sticking through the ups and down. Running a successful small biz in any industry is not an easy task and requires a huge amount of work ethic, self-discipline, and determination.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Work-life balance. In my case, work is my life. But I thoroughly enjoy it.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Stick with it! Become great at marketing. Network with other business owners. Know your numbers/margins.
