What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are Professional Transformational Executive Coaches, Management Consultants, and Course Leaders. We work with executives, business owners, and their teams to see beyond the way we normally view what we are dealing with, which opens up new possibilities, creating power, freedom, and joy.

Tell us about yourself

I got started after several years in the "corporate world" and being blindsided by change. That is, I didn't easily adapt. After successfully applying the methodologies to my own life, I came to want others to be happier and more successful in their pursuits as well. That's what motivates me.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

There are so many. It's hard to choose. It's seeing people create a whole new approach to viewing their situations, such that they create a future for themselves and their businesses that were previously beyond their wildest dreams. Those "aha" moments are profound.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being responsible for everything. But the power in taking on life and business that way is extraordinary.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure you know what your potential market needs. It may not be what you think it is.
  2. Create a plan of action, put it in your calendar, and hold yourself to account.
  3. Find a coach who can remind you who you are when you forget.
