What's your business, and who are your customers?

I work with professionals on the job market, aiding them in their strategic planning in regard to their job search and helping them develop their documents and journey.

Tell us about yourself

I've been in the talent acquisition world since 2003, and I really enjoy working with different professionals in different industries and verticals. Learning about different industries and what people are doing within those industries interests me and keeps me coming back for more.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I've helped a number of professionals reach their end goal, whether that is finding a new opportunity or moving to a consultancy position.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Marketing and sales. Working with professionals on a one-on-one basis means that it's selling to one person at a time and making sure that one person becomes a client.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Consistency in whatever you are doing, staying ahead of the curve in your industry, and providing value in EVERY call or email you have/send.
