What's your business, and who are your customers?
Coffee, tea, and all the fun drinks! We generally do private events and occasionally a few of the bigger markets throughout the year.
Tell us about yourself
I came home from a vacation in the PNW and fell In love with the vibe. So I figured if I can't live there, I'd start my own funky drink business here! It took me a year to find a true vintage Shasta and then two long years through COVID to build it with my dad (and an electrician & welder later on). I love people, and I really love it when those people like all the crazy ideas that are in my head and let me custom-make them something like a "pineapple in yo face" latte. 😍
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
There were so many days I cried because I didn't know if I could do it. It was scary. It was new. But with a lot of Family encouragement & God, somehow I did it while having a full-time job and not a ton of money to work with. I feel very grateful for where I am.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
IT'S SCARY SOMETIMES! Doing new things can be terrifying, and there's s big learning curve.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Make a vision board, journal & pray. And remember, you can't please everyone. Trust your gut & make a decision and Be okay with it!
