I love connecting with people and matching them with opportunities. I am a natural connector and have also grown a networking group to support businesses and people in career transition.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The incredible growth I have experienced in my search firm and my networking group. I am grateful for the clients I serve and honored to support them.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Great question! The ups and downs of winning business and losing business can be very hard to forecast.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Resilience and grit. I’ve been through many, many “no’s” to achieve many “yes’s,” sometimes hanging on by a thread - but nonetheless, I kept going!
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Running a business is extremely gratifying- when you find your passion in your career, it is so rewarding - never easy - but if you have the stamina, I say go for it!
