What's your business, and who are your customers?

Tell us about yourself
I come from a creative background and understand most people start their businesses because they are great at what they do but often don't know or don't love the admin work. And, they shouldn't! Business owners should focus on acquiring and servicing clients, but if they don't know where they stand financially, they risk becoming a statistic.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Empowering small business owners to understand the language of money. They don't have to be fluent, but to get them confident. Over the last twenty years, I've helped more than 10k small business owners finally understand their numbers.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Constant growth and learning to be a leader - even if you are a solopreneur. Getting the right people, doing the right things, and doing things right.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a magnificent Why and vision to light the way.
- Learn to delegate without abdicating.
