We are a minority-owned creative agency that operates in the creative realm of art, design, and culture, catering to a diverse clientele, including local businesses in San Diego, startups, and even Fortune 500 companies.
Tell us about yourself
My passion for serving underserved communities and helping others realize that entrepreneurship is within their reach motivated me to start my business. Design permeates all aspects of our lives, from visual communication to community building, and this idea inspires me.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As a business owner, my most significant achievement is witnessing the positive impact of our services on our client's profitability and success. Seeing their investment in our offerings translate into tangible results is truly rewarding.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
As a business owner, my biggest challenge is acquiring new clients and projects. Building trust and selling our services to potential customers can be daunting and arduous.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
If I had to offer three tips to aspiring business owners, they would be:
- Commit to five years, maybe even more of hard work and dedication.
- Be willing to invest money into your business to reap greater rewards in the future.
- Avoid complaining and focus on putting in the effort required to achieve your goals.
