What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is to teach pottery to anyone seeking to create with clay, as well as sell my pottery to anyone who is interested in owning my work.
Tell us about yourself
I wanted to break out of the "9 to 5" routine and pursue my passion for attracting, inspiring, and fascinating people of all ages through teaching and creating with clay. I started working on my business when I realized that I did not want to do construction management for the rest of my life and instead took the risk to chase my dreams. I am motivated every day by my parents because of the way they own and operate their businesses.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is launching and maintaining my website. I am proud of this because I had thought about it for so many years, and it finally came to fruition.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about being a business owner is juggling all the responsibilities that come with a business. It's like a jack of all tradesmen where you need to have experience in many different aspects of the business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
