What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is "Unity In Service, Inc. "Where People Need People" I am a Visibility Strategist | Business Coach | International Best-Selling Author | internationally 2x Winning Public Speaker | Virtual Event Host & Organizer. My zone of genius is providing a virtual speaking platform for entrepreneurs to speak & sell their products and services while educating attendees.

I also coach entrepreneurs on hosting online and in-person events, and I show entrepreneurs strategies to increase their visibility and raise their level of authority so that more doors of opportunity open for them. My customers are entrepreneurs who desire exposure to their brands through public speaking.

Tell us about yourself

I am retired after twenty-nine years in the corporate arena, so I decided to start my own business. Before retiring, I began by providing legal and identity theft services as an independent associate with LegalShield. Because I wanted to discover my gifts and talents and turn them into a business, I began hosting LIVE annual conferences. Since the pandemic, I have shifted to virtual events because I love connecting, educating, and creating a positive atmosphere for individuals and groups and those who value networking. I am a business coach, and I have a social media marketing team in India. I love to lead and take charge so that I can pour into others who desire to succeed in their endeavors.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment has been using my intellectual property and creating my "Inspirational Breakthrough System." This system is designed to improve personal development, increase confidence, list strategies that increase brand awareness, and share tips on how to show up on social media. I also share six steps that will increase your bottom line and four steps to achieving even more wealth.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the most challenging things in being an entrepreneur is managing the behaviors of people whose disciplines do not align with my vision.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Procrastination is the Enemy of Success, and Implementation will get you to the goal.
  2. You must invest in the services of those who are already doing what you desire to do or become.
  3. Never compare yourself with those around you.
