Our business is Vivo Team Development. Our customers are companies who are committed to developing their teams and leaders so they can become more effective and more competitive in the marketplace.

Tell us about yourself

I've been working in the field of learning and development (L&D) for about 47 years. I first got involved in this field when I was Director of Continuing Education at the University of British Columbia. I am motivated by learning new stuff and watching people discover their own unique talents.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Developing a successful learning and development (L&D) company over 12 years.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Not following "shiny objects" and staying focused on the goal(s) are the hardest for me.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
