I empower professionals, entrepreneurs, college graduates, and high school students with the leadership skills to develop an executive presence to get promoted in their careers and/or to grow their businesses through professional development programs.
Tell us about yourself
Right out of high school, I started in the workforce. I found myself feeling out of place, struggling, and trying to meet and exceed the expectations set by my employer. I also found it difficult and challenging to navigate the myriad of personality styles and behaviors that I encountered, and I needed to learn how to work with them every day. How I wish I had a coach or a training program to assist me in the assimilation process before I got started in the workplace.
Through the lessons, I have learned throughout my life and the knowledge and experiences I have gained in my career, I am inspired to empower others to be successful in achieving their professional goals more effectively and efficiently. It is my mission to empower individuals with emotional intelligence to take ownership of their job satisfaction in order to prosper and be profitable while growing, learning, and developing. It is my vision to be the premier professional development provider for business owners, companies, and individuals who want to improve their professional performance, teams' results, and their organizations' bottom line.
