What's your business, and who are your customers?
My firm specializes in wellness education with a variety of high-quality, user-friendly products and services. My online school, The Healthy Living School®, is my primary product platform. I am also a professional motivational speaker. My customers include anyone "hungry for health."
Tell us about yourself
After 23 years of clinical practice, I shifted my focus to my personal passion - motivating, inspiring, and empowering individuals to live their healthiest life via nutrition and lifestyle. My motivation comes from repeatedly watching people totally transform their health and quality of life thru nutrition and lifestyle.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Becoming a best-selling author and founding my own online school- these two tie for my "biggest accomplishment" question.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Believe with every cell of your mind and body that it will be a success.
- Keep your head down and work (but your chin up!), despite the inevitable setbacks.
- Always put your heart in front of your head - the money always follows work coming from a place of authentic love.

I had ZERO business experience or training and learned all I know on the fly - so just get going!
