What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am an Executive Vegan Chef, Entrepreneur, Author, Husband, and Father. My books have won multiple awards, and I have traveled the globe creating from my heart.

Tell us about yourself

I have been cooking professionally for almost 25 years, 16 of which are strictly vegan. I am passionate about all things healthy, ethical, environmental, and cutting edge. I am inspired each and every day to grow and become better. Better at life, business, relationships, and more!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to be a solo entrepreneur after ten years still and being a father, husband, and friend. This is hard! I have written four books, consulted on brands globally, and been able to grow in ways unimaginable!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Experiencing the ups and downs but being able to ride the waves.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Be persistent, do the work every day no matter what, have faith.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Life is short; it's so important to be happy while we are here. If what you do day in and day out makes you happy, your work/business will shine!
