What's your business, and who are your customers?

Divorce Coaching is my business. My customers are parents who are just starting a divorce.

Tell us about yourself

I'm a licensed therapist and went through my own very difficult divorce. It negatively impacted my children, and I made the process more difficult because I didn't have the right support. I made it my mission to help others not have it so tough and to know how to protect their children from the negative impacts of divorce.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is my book and other products and my FB group with over 4,000 members.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is that you have to be doing it all. I'm working on building a team.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Get an experienced coach.
  2. Give yourself a ton of time and be kind to yourself.
  3. It takes a ton of work, but it's worth it!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I'm passionate about helping people, and my goal is to have as many people benefit from my services as possible so that the world is a happier and more peaceful place.
