What's your background and motivation to grow as a solopreneur?

Firstborn of immigrant parents and witnessed things growing up - hate is a growth industry, current events, never been busier - just celebrated 25 years of being in business last June 1.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Purchasing and owning my office - I am the landlord and tenant, and DTG allowed me to do this.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a solopreneur?

Not working too much, or working all of the time.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a small business today?

Don't name the business for yourself; find what you love and find people to pay you to do what you love; stay humble.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Started my firm on a houseboat in the Inner Harbor - keep overhead low, then moved on top of a dry cleaner in Baltimore before purchasing my present office, paid off, own it outright.
