What's your business, and who are your customers?

Tell us about yourself

I noticed in 2015 that by meeting the buyers in their buying cycle through making the calculated assumptions (now we can use data), we hit a massive strike rate at both new business and key account management.

I then realized I am creating frameworks that bring together sales marketing and new business customer success into one action.

Companies that understood this very action could not only bring on better-aligned customers but slice their operating costs whilst increasing their revenue.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Utilizing my frameworks for #ClosedCircuitSelling to take a mum-and-pop FMCG company from near bankruptcy to becoming a national brand, eight times revenue in eight months.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

If you are a traditional modeled company from the 1980s, you simply will not understand the cut-through simplicity and will fight me tooth and nail to maintain your relevance for output management.
