What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Watching people succeed as they step into the online business space has, by far, been my greatest accomplishment. Hearing them say how easy it is and how much help they received along the way gives me great pride in our product and the services we are offering.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The day-to-day tasks! It's so easy to disappear into the fun things, helping clients or building new product features, but those mundane things need to get done, and they are the hardest for me.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Don't let business technology overwhelm you. Keep it simple.
- Don't hide behind technology...get out there and talk about what you have to offer and how you can help people. They won't know you exist if you don't shout it from the rooftop.
- Be patient. Legacies aren't built overnight.
