What's your business, and who are your customers?

Diagnox is a personal healthcare and wellness products & technology company. Our products include self-tests, wellness kits, and diagnostic products such as rapid tests and IVDs for home and professional use. We are based out of Dallas, TX – USA, and are present in several global markets, including North & Central America, the UK, the EU, Australia, and Singapore. Our customers include both healthcare providers and at-home users.

At Diagnox, we believe in empowering individuals to take charge of their health by providing simple, affordable, and reliable at-home wellness screening products that promote timely and effective healthcare that works! We understand how painful and frustrating the guesswork can be when it comes to one's health or the well-being of their family and loved ones. Tell us about yourself

Health is (and should be) our most valuable asset. Unfortunately, it is not until we face a health issue we discover how burdensome, demanding, costly, and often inefficient the diagnostic process can be. As an avid healthcare technologist, I have always been curious to simplify the process and find the tools to remove the guesswork from health and easily find answers to personal health issues.

In 2018, we officially brought the idea of bringing the lab into the home. Our mission was to empower and help people and their families worldwide by providing cost-effective, easy-to-use, and clinical-grade wellness testing. This testing would help with everything from UTIs to kidney or liver disorders, women's health, and other issues. The Covid-19 pandemic further fueled our mission as we all learned the importance of at-home testing and the dire need for clear and frustration-free answers to our health.

We feel there is an immense capacity to bring better, affordable, and smart healthcare solutions to people. Our passion for health fuels our motivation. We know we can lower barriers to quality healthcare around the globe by providing testing solutions that provide insights into people's health. A brighter future is only possible with healthier and happier families.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Developing and consistently driving brand trust among consumers and professional customers is unequivocally our most significant accomplishment. Our customers understand our brand philosophy and know that we genuinely care about their well-being. This trust in the brand takes a lot of selfless effort to develop. Our recipe is simple. Knowledge, compassion, and care form our brand's DNA and product philosophy.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Staying on top of everything with a healthy work-life balance. The bigger your vision, the more occupied you are likely to be. Our families and loved ones equally share our struggles and success.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  2. Stay curious and always yearn to learn. Get outside your comfort zone and acquire new skills. Have an insatiable appetite for excellence and success.
