SvF creates a journey of Real Beauty within our clients because style is not just about what you wear. Real style is expressing your authentic personality of who you are and becoming more confident & comfortable in your skin and in your clothing. We help you create a personal style for yourself that you can be proud of and maintain with ease!
We are a full-service wardrobe styling company offering virtual and in-person services. We help men and women dress for success, in addition to boosting inner confidence to increase positive body image.
Tell us about yourself
My name is DeVione Branscumb, and I am a Certified Style Coach. I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, where I now own and operate a full-service wardrobe styling company registered as Style Vs Fashion StylingCo. I am the 11th Certified Style Coach in the country and the 1st licensed professional wardrobe Stylist in the Midwest.
I graduated high school and studied Fashion Marketing & Management at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. After Stephens, I built a career in fashion retail as a store manager for many retailers until I graduated from the Style Coaching Institute as a licensed Certified Style Coach to launch my wardrobe company in 2020.
What motivates me every day is the difference I make in individuals' lives. I offer a unique service that will help individuals identify purpose, style, and confidence. They can change their appearance and boost inner confidence to represent who they are.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is following my dreams and believing in myself to help others.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is consistency. You must be dedicated to being consistent with your craft because in order to perform perfection, you must master the craft. You must be dedicated to your purpose and keep your eyes on laying the foundation of the business!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
The first tip I would give to someone starting a business is to believe in yourself, even when others doubt you.
The second tip is to write out your plan and stick to it.
The last tip I would give is to stay consistent with the plan.
