What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a master-certified life and confidence coach for women in business and entrepreneurship. I help growth-driven and entrepreneur women struggling with self-confidence to minimize their doubt, Find their voice, and crush their goals in life and business.

Tell us about yourself

I went through my own personal experiences of low self-esteem, lack of confidence, perfectionism, people pleasing, divorce, and overall not knowing my identity. Those low seasons led me to become a life coach, and I saw the transformation in my own life. I realized it was now my mission and passion to be to other women the very things I needed for myself in order to help them exceed and excel in their own life.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is having receipts of women who have scaled not only their businesses but scaled their lives and broken cycles in their families by doing things that have never been done before.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is leaning into the unknown. We sometimes want to have everything figured out, and even when you plan and strategize, you have to lean into the unknown, trust the process, and remain persistent to see the fruits of your labor.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

The top 3 tips I’d give anyone regarding starting, running, and growing a business today would be:

  1. Get clear not just on what you want to do, but establish a strong why behind the reason you do what you do. This is because your Why will push you forward even on the days you’re not feeling it.
  2. Continue to grow yourself as you grow your business. Deep dive into personal development so you can maintain what you obtain in business and not self-sabotage.
  3. Invest early and often invest in coaches, mentors, and advisors who have already been where you are trying to go. Allow them to help you consolidate decades of experience into days.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I’d like to share that for anyone reading this, as a business owner, you are the solution to a problem that exists in our world that you are called to solve. Not only in business but in life, you are someone’s solution. Show up as the best version of yourself and bring every experience with you and understand that anything you went through was not designed to destroy you but to develop you for your destiny! You are necessary, and the world needs what you have to offer, so give it to them!
