What's your business, and who are your customers?
We offer physical restoration therapy programs (therapeutic exercise programs) designed by our doctor of the physical therapy team. We also offer mental health programs for toddlers, adolescents, adults, older adults, and elders.
We will soon offer weight loss and nutrition programs in the next month or so. Our customers are those that wish to bypass the complicated insurance cycle to attain professional guidance for exercise programs, mental health, and soon-to-come weight loss and nutrition programs.
Tell us about yourself
As a licensed physical therapist, I have seen the inability of most Americans to attain professional guidance in the realm of rehabilitation, exercise, fitness, mental health, and nutrition services. I began practicing in the beautiful state of Alaska in 2012 and immediately realized these services need to be available to all. I am motivated to have the opportunity to reach all people who want these services and not just those who will bear little insurance costs for these services.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Our biggest accomplishment is the fact that we have a functional operating business to provide these services to all, and we are ready to grow. We are open for business!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing to overcome is the capital cost of legally starting this business and properly marketing to our demographic.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
