We're a global business accelerator for the founders of traditional service firms to help them become Key Persons of Influence in their industry.

Tell us about yourself

I geek out at the intersection of entrepreneurship and maximizing human potential. I feel called for others to lead extraordinary lives, and everything I do personally and professionally is about deepening myself, life, family, friends, and clients into the intersection of those two values.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

In an industry where there have been many coaches and accelerators who have come and gone - Dent has stood the test of time as a leader in helping founders stand out, scale up and make a positive impact in the world.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Startup. Year 1-2 is always really challenging. Lots of grind, stress, and pressure with little to no reward. Great leaders eat last - you have to be willing to eat s#!t longer than most to survive and thrive.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Forget get rich quick strategies and focus on the fundamentals. Create a concept people care about, build a small audience and compelling offer, and make plenty of phone calls to sell the vision and value proposition. Get good at the fundamentals of prospecting and selling before worrying about the digital marketing tactics of scaling.
