Years ago, I gained sharp insights into my own particular way of thinking when I first encountered the assessments that I use today. My aim is to assist other people everywhere in gaining their own insights into themselves and their coworkers and partners.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Conducting possibly the largest ever study of styles of thinking up and down the management ladder and associated career success of over 100,000 managers and executives published in the Harvard Business Review.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Balancing strategic thinking with attention to operational activities.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Find or create a truly innovative product or service. Then, move boldly ahead to demonstrate unique value while developing a strong network of contacts.

Do not be timid, and do be persistent in pursuing your vision.
