Tell us about yourself

I wanted to help people and make people happy. The self-satisfaction of making people happy when they eat our food, or you can make someone's day seem special and happy.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Growing the business and keeping long-term employees, especially through the last few years due to COVID.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Dealing with changes on the fly and constantly changing what happens.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Do your homework. Get a lot of information about what you want and then look at a lot of options to make it happen.
  2. Never take shortcuts, always listen to your clients' requests, and always be honest.
  3. Say no if you cannot fill their requests, and maybe you can offer another option that may serve their requests that you are able to fulfill.
