My business is a coaching practice. I work with managers, executive teams, and C-Suite leaders.

Tell us about yourself

I lost my dad at age 21. I had to quit university and go to work. I grew up fast, and then I was encouraged to start my own company after experiencing Tall Poppy Syndrome four times by four different female bosses.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Advocating for people with serious injuries and disabilities.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Working alone is one of the hardest part being a business owner.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
