What's your business, and who are your customers?
I specialize in health and nutrition, and my target audience is anyone that would like to learn or is interested in starting their health journey.
Tell us about yourself
I come from a family of health issues mainly due to the way we all ate, and nevertheless, I fell right into the generational curse. My family comes from a long line of diabetes and high blood pressure, and I made it my duty not to have those same problems, so I took it upon myself to educate myself on health and nutrition.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is seeing the impact that I have on people's lives when I am able to help them accomplish their health goals.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things you'll have to face as a business owner is dealing with the unknowns. Every day there will be new challenges and obstacles to deal with. Business is never predictable, no matter how prepared you are.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
I would tell them to stay consistent, organized, and do your research!
