What's your business, and who are your customers?
Dash Courses Online specializes in a unique learning style called microlearning. Each Micro learning unit involves concentrated strategies specially designed to focus on learning new skills and applying the skills quickly for results that stick, ensuring the end user (YOU) maintain BIG SUCCESS by learning the skills and abilities to transform your personal and professional performance.
Tell us about yourself
What inspired me to begin this business all came about when we were WAY overcharged for an underwhelming and sorely delivered training and consulting service. We made it our mission to provide education that transforms the performance of those who need it in a less time-consuming manner, at an affordable price, and in a way that the knowledge is actually absorbed so that you can apply it to your career for real performance results.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Just getting started! Businesses fail every day for many reasons. And many potential amazing businesses fail because they were never started. Success begins with taking a risk, and the first risk is getting started.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Juggling multiple tasks and priorities. Being ok with course corrections along the way. Oh, and delegation! That's a big one!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Surround yourself with people that are smarter than you and that share your vision and mission.
- Leverage technology for greater efficiencies.
- Outsource time-consuming tasks to experts who can get them done faster and better than trying to do them yourself.
