Tell us about yourself
I have been a CEO in business for 40+ years and have 40 years of personal growth & development. My company, ENTELECHY, is a greek word - it resides in each of us that wants us to emerge to achieve our highest potential and become our next most radiant selves.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As a business owner, my biggest accomplishment is changing the lives of the people I work with. To deliver impact and to reflect back to them their genius and the gifts they are here to deliver. Personal transformation is my true north.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Trust is one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner. Hiring great people and then trusting them to deliver on the genius was why you hired them. In my humble opinion, business owners can be the biggest hurdle to growing a thriving business because they operate out of fear, not trust.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
