What's your business, and who are your customers?
I work with individuals and organizations to create a vision, develop a strategy, set goals, create a plan, and then follow through step by step via customized programs fitting their needs.
For individuals, whether the focus is on career, educational, or personal aspects (health, financial, family, relationships), I work with them to clarify the vision, pinpoint goals, and create a systematic plan. As they work through the plan, I provide accountability every step of the way. Sometimes the focus is on one specific thing, but sometimes there are multiple areas that we need to touch on through the coaching process.
Tell us about yourself
I'm a natural planner, and I love taking big goals, breaking them into smaller steps, and creating a step-by-step plan to reach them. I most enjoy using this skill to help people.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping one of my clients plan and execute a cross-country relocation which also involved seeking and finding a rewarding career.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Getting yourself out there in an authentic way that best showcases what you have to offer.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Find something you love and are skilled at which offers a benefit to others.
- Dream big but take the small steps to build your business. It may not happen overnight.
- Focus on what makes you unique. At the same time, make smart adjustments based on what is working well and what isn't working so well.
