What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business specializes in all-natural handmade products, such as Candles, Essential Oils, Soaps, Wax Melts, and more. My customers are people all over the world. I promote at pop-up shops and on social media.
Tell us about yourself
My name is Crystal, and since I can remember, I have loved oils and candles. I always wanted to combine the two and have also had them used as a body oil. I’ve done over six months of research to master it. Now the rest is history.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is knowing that I’ve done it! I make everything using natural products, and nothing I use will harm the skin or body.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that I encounter is when I order products. The shipments are delayed.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Believe in yourself.
- Never give up.
- Work 24/7… Put yourself in them.

Always push yourself even when you want to give up.
