Tell us about yourself

I am a second-generation astrologer, learning from my father. Astrology has been around me all my life. My office is located in Montclair, NJ, where I work as a full-time professional astrologer, mentor, astrology teacher & coach. I'm passionate about using astrology as a tool for positive inspiration, spirituality, mental health, and mindfulness.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Publishing my book, Feed Your Moon, Predictive & Mindful Astrology One Phase at a Time, which is available worldwide, has been an accomplishment. Working with Harvard University and Instagram for group astrology events is up there too!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

For me, one of the hardest things is deciding where to make investments to grow my business, trusting others to help me accomplish big goals, and letting go to grow.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. LOVE what you do. Positively love what you're selling and enjoy talking about it with others. Love it so much that your entire expression changes when you talk about it.
  2. Be willing to work hard, start at the bottom, and put in some dedicated time to build a strong foundation.
  3. Know your value. It takes time, dedication, and a lot of sweat to grow a successful business. Nobody has the perfect formula, and what has worked for me may not work for others. But no matter what your ideal procedure is, be realistic in what you're going to get back and know your value. Don't undervalue yourself in what you're offering.
