What's your business, and who are your customers?
Crunchy Mama Box is an eco marketplace dedicated to Crunchy Families. All products listed on our marketplace have been reviewed for ingredients and tested for performance, sustainable practices, and giving back initiatives.
Crunchy Mama Box also offers wellness and holistic services and valuable resources. Our customers are on a journey to a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle for themselves and their families.
Tell us about yourself
I am passionate about environmental conservation, animal protection, and social responsibility. I love connecting with others about food, health, and wellness.
I have always loved helping my friends and family find clean products to make a switch from harmful chemicals to safer and healthier options. I love the community, being around people, and teaching and learning from humans of all ages and backgrounds.
My goal with Crunchy Mama Box Marketplace is to help small businesses and artisans worldwide sell their products and have global exposure.
My mission is to help small businesses as much as possible. I know how hard it is to launch a product in the U.S. and other countries when you have a limited budget or experience in foreign markets.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is knowing I am helping small businesses that love the planet and giving back as much as I do while connecting with customers looking for healthier options for their families. When I get feedback from our customers that they feel so much better now that they have switched to one of the nutritional products listed on our marketplace, it makes me so happy and fulfilled.
Helping to improve people's health, both body and mind, and at the same time being able to create the "Giving Back" chain I always dreamed of is my greatest accomplishment. We give back, the businesses we work with give back, and our customers help give back as well. We even have customers who participate in some of our volunteer programs.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest part of being a business owner is feeling like you are managing your business while giving enough time to your family and yourself. Feeling like I've reached the ideal life-work balance is the most challenging part for me. I always need more hours in a day. ;)
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Your dream can come true if you genuinely believe in it, don't doubt yourself even when facing the most challenging obstacles. Stay true to your values and persist. Invest in good, healthy relationships that will bring you up and stay away from negativity. Not everyone will believe in your dreams, but if you believe, you will create, work for it and succeed.
